In order to best serve our clients, we approach every dispute as if it is certain to go to trial.  This benefits our clients when we negotiate on their behalf because our opponents know we are prepared to go to trial and will do so if necessary.  While other attorneys shy away from the Courthouse, we look forward to it.  In taking on new cases, our goal is to resolve the cases in twelve months or less.  Although this may not be possible in every case, our aggressive and relentless approach helps us meet this goal in most cases.
